SpringStart account deletion
Sign-in information, profile, watches, settings, posts, comments, and personal files are deleted or anonymized.
Records needed for payments, refunds, settlements, audits, fraud prevention, reports, disputes, and preventing deleted data from reappearing are retained in principle indefinitely after direct identifiers and unnecessary free-form content are removed. Shorter retention or deletion required by law, contract, or an exercise of individual rights takes precedence.
Delete in the app
In the mobile app, open My Page, select Delete account, review the impact, and confirm deletion.
Delete on the web
Request a one-time confirmation link at your verified email address below. You can use this method even if you cannot log in.
If you cannot log in, request a one-time confirmation link at your verified email address. The same response is shown whether or not an account exists.
